Pre-orders

Do you accept pre-orders? I wish to be prioritised and place my order before it is back in stock.

To ensure quality of our products, we check every item the moment it arrives at our warehouse. We deal with every issue before we making it available for purchase. As such, we do not have pre-orders.

If you wish to be notified when an item is back in stock, email us at littleflocksg@gmail.com and we will follow up with you closely.

International Shipping

We ship to these countries using Qxpress:
Australia, Canada, European Union, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America.

Shipping typically takes 7-15 working days. You will receive an email containing a link to track your parcel.

Input your address on the Checkout page to see the delivery fees. Do not use a Post Office (PO) box address. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Note: Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties. Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. It is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

I have received my product, but I would like to exchange it for another design. What is your exchange policy?

Please come down to our office within 14 days from the date of delivery/ collection. You will need to show us your order number.

Orders made with promo codes are exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the promo code terms and conditions.
Exclusion: Clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Condition of items: We will only accept if the items are unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.

I received a defective item, how do I request an exchange of my order?

We're so sorry for this! Please allow us a chance to fix this. Please email us and include a photo for our assessment.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you with your exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund via PayNow will be issued. After our assessment, we will provide you with a return postage label. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging (including tags). It must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery/ collection with a valid purchase invoice.
